#2 The three steps to helping your child fall asleep are: 1. Shore up your child’s sleep associations. 2. Soothe your child to sleep. 3. Rock, sway, and talk to your child until they fall asleep.
#3 To help your child sleep better, put them down for a nap when they are drowsy but still awake, and try to soothe them to sleep when they are fussy.
#4 To help your baby sleep better, go to their room every 2 hours during the night and rock, sway, and talk to them until they fall asleep.
