#3 A product strategy is made up of the market, the needs, the key features and differentiators, and the business goals. It should be reviewed and adjusted on a regular basis, at least once a quarter as a rule of thumb.
#4 Having a vision is important, as creating and managing a successful product requires a lot of time and energy. In order to be fully committed, you must be convinced that what you are doing is right: life is too short to work on products you don’t believe in.
