The book gives an overview but audio quality is mixed / poor and read / narrated somewhat boring. Because it is not that long it is doable otherwise I would have quit listening after 10 minutes. References to all numbers / iso sections is horrible without visuals.https://www.itgovernance.co.uk/topic/audiocontent doesn't work
