The long list of "healthy' recipes in the closing chapter(s) somewhat frame the expected audience or simply tends to "put the money where the mouth is"? All in all the basic body machineries are explained in a pleasantly entertaining, yet scientifical and understandable way. Kris unmistakenly and succesfully asks for our attention for a fundamental yet tabooed human existentialism
