As an intricate interweaving of connected human stories, this book succeeded. As a sci-if novel, it largely failed. The general world building and predicted effect of the plague on future society were unlikely and ill conceived. Mortuary crypto currencies? Amusement parks for euthanasia? These were plot devices undermined by their lack of plausibility, thus taking away from the themes they were created to explore.

Spennende innfallsvinkel og litt overraskende vendinger langs vei. Noe langtrekkelig til tider.

Mange små fortellinger vevd inn til en stor historie om en pandemi som dreper mesteparten av menneskene. Noen av historiene var veldig spennende, mens mange var rett og slett kjedelig. Kult konsept men ble tungt å lese i blant.
