Do you feel troubled, uneasy, but can’t figure out why? This guided meditation will help you discover the cause and move you toward solutions and possibilities.

It is important that we clear any troubling feelings, especially ones that don’t seem to go away. Allowing them to stay keeps us focused on the issue. If we’re focused on the issue, solutions and other more-positive life experiences can’t come in. Essentially, not handling a troubling feeling, brings down every aspect of our life.

When any issue is resolved, more room is created for a fuller, more-satisfying life with more joy, love and peace. Inspiration and opportunities become available for natural talents and abilities to express in the world -- which bring more growth and fulfillment.

Supported by divine love, you will be guided to identify the feeling of being troubled and led through the healing process.

You will also have the opportunity to imagine your ideal life and begin to create it.

If you are unable to locate the cause of the unease, continue to listen as often as you can. Each time you listen, you will uncover more information and learn more about yourself. Stay alert for insights and illuminations from the divine.

The calm voice of Angela Ohlfest will guide you along with beautiful Thaddeus’ music.

The guided meditation is about 26 minutes. 10 minutes of just music follow. If you can, continue to listen as a way to stabilize the new energies.
