A very informative (and almost depressing) account of how the current food and health climate has evolved to what it is today, and the systematic approaches the food corporations have taken to undermine health authorities and experts and to bring legislation that favors higher consumption and less transparency of the negative effects of their products.Kind of a dry text but without any unnecessary fluff, and if you're in any way interested in topics related to nutrition, global health, capitalism, and money in politics then I highly recommend giving this a try.
