Not bad. Enough unusual to combat the predictable stereotypes. And yes she took quite a liberty with the enigma-story, but I’ve read worse.

Absolutely no content, totally unlike the other Phryne Fisher books, and it felt more like an exploitation of an old aussie mystery. Very unsatisfactory, and the narrator is horribly bad. Read the original books instead, they're fun and actually well written, as opposed to this drivel.
