The steps for this program are: Make it a point to go to your baby’s room every 2 hours during the night. Put a stuffed animal or another fun object in the crib for your baby to play with. Rock, sway, and talk to him or her until he or she falls asleep. When your baby is older, you can put him or her down for a nap in his or her own room. -> To help your child sleep better, go to their room every 2 hours during the night and rock, sway, and talk to them until they fall asleep. When they are older, you can put them down for a nap in their own room.

#2 The three steps to helping your child fall asleep are: 1. Shore up your child’s sleep associations. 2. Soothe your child to sleep. 3. Rock, sway, and talk to your child until they fall asleep.

#3 To help your child sleep better, put them down for a nap when they are drowsy but still awake, and try to soothe them to sleep when they are fussy.

#4 To help your baby sleep better, go to their room every 2 hours during the night and rock, sway, and talk to them until they fall asleep.
