Wolf Bonds

My duty to save all werewolves has kept me in hiding, but a chance encounter threatens to change everything. Will I remain trapped by tradition or risk it all to follow my heart?

My parents were murdered when I was an infant, making me the sole remaining heir to Callan “the Oak” MacLeod. The survival of all werewolves around the globe depends on me and the cure to our extinction I carry in my blood.

Twenty-two years later, I’m confined to my pack’s territory and treated like I’m made of spun glass. My very existence is a sworn secret, which every wolf of the Rocky Mountain Pack guards with their life.

My decisions don’t get to be about what I want. Definitely not about whom I might want. The pack leader Maverick Dune intimidates everyone tempted to come knocking on my door. I’m supposed to mate to extend the vital bloodline, but at this rate, that’s never going to happen.

So I spend my days working for the pack’s extreme adventure company, guiding clients on climbs, sending my own routes as often as I can just to keep my sanity. Biding my time until I’m called on to breed and then make the ultimate sacrifice for my kind.

Pack territory is vast, but even ten-thousand acres feel like a prison when I can’t escape them. Too much is at risk for me to follow my heart. I’m not allowed to put myself first. I can’t pursue a career in rock climbing even though I’m one of the best in the world.

Then one day, the most beautiful man I’ve ever seen arrives for a meeting of pack leaders.

The news he brings upends my world.

And the lure between us forever alters the course of my life.
