However if you didn’t address the underlying subconscious thoughts that created the problem in the first place, the weight probably returned.

As a hypnotherapist I have come to deeply respect the power of the subconscious mind. I believe the root cause of becoming overweight is usually mental, emotional and spiritual, rather than physical.
