There is no common definition of happiness that suits everyone. Happiness is something individual that everyone can define for themselves.

Many people live their life guided by a checklist defined by society, which, if achieved, promises to create happiness. Good school grades, a highly regarded job and earning a lot of money are just a few items that are likely on the list. "There is nothing wrong with any of these aspirations in life but none of them guarantee happiness." The author's experience, shaped by his work as a coach, support the conclusion that many people can check off all the items on this list and still not be happy. "Life is one big feedback loop and your level of happiness is an indication of the quality of your life.“
