#1 The media constantly sends the message to single women that it is unacceptable to not be married by a certain age. It’s exhausting to hear about so many relationships that failed because someone felt pressured and made poor decisions based on an artificial timeline.

I’m a small-town girl who has always dreamed big, and it never sat right with me that I might be expected to sacrifice quality for speed. #4 I met with an attorney named Brian, who seemed nice enough. We dated for four months, and in the end his insecurities and his need for female adulation were too much for me. I ended it after four months of these philosophies being revealed.
