Returning to Guthrie, Oklahoma, for the funeral of his mysterious and beloved aunt Sue, Adam Binder once again finds himself in the path of deadly magic when a dark druid begins to prey on members of Adam’s family. TunnelmallinenJännittäväThere is a bit of action and adventure for both halves of the couple and more magical world-building, so I consider this a nicely successful sequel, the main villain confrontation and ending especially left me curious for more. But the romance and relationship development between main couple take a backseat in this again, as the main pair is separated for most of the book completely - they even fight for one of the only times they get to be face-to-face. So this didn't really allow for enough of the deepening and solidifying of their relationship that I felt they already needed a lot more of in book one to sell me their "connection". Narration was still good throughout the story.
