Suddenly, you’re feeling depressed, even though earlier you were just laughing or may have felt pretty good. If you can relate to this, you might be an empath.

You also may be sensitive to other aspects of what’s happening around you, like sights, smells, sounds, and other physical elements. Being an empath goes beyond just being sensitive to the emotions of those around us.
