Unhealthy boundaries can lead to all forms of emotional pains and mental disruption including depression, co-dependency, anxiety, panic attacks, etc.

This guided meditation is for creating powerful energetic fields and activation to own your energy. We create a safe environment to do so in the session. We strongly take back our power. We say no and assert our energies.
