How To Heal Yourself

Everyone is shattered these days and there's no one who doesn't get hurt in his life but that doesn't mean we break our heart everyday for everyone. People give us pain and we try to heal. I always think when I was a little child, I was never much miserable as today as I am. Why? Because we are growing unhappiness and guilt in our mind.

In the world of silence, we are broken inside with loud noise. We don't know what we actually want. Some days we are exceptionally happy while some days we are intensely sad. Why we aren’t good to be stable for both happiness and sadness. People can offer happiness and riches but not the healing process. Why?

People think if they can live alone with ignorance then they can heal but it's not the actual process of healing.
