These clubs compete in relentless races and brutal challenges, not just for glory but to secure vital resources—money, food, and supplies—for their neighborhoods. As Judge embarks on his journey, mysterious events on the Harmony cruise threaten his path. Rooms are broken into, and things with dark secrets are stolen. Who is the Thief of Secrets?
