Sometimes it seems like no one was there, but the Shepherd was always there. He was there to make sure there was a place to live, a job to go to, and healing when sickness or death threatens to take her life.

When things seemed impossible, the Shepherd proved he knew how to take care of his sheep. Because the Lord is our Shepherd, Psalm 23 has personal meaning to a person in need, that is me.
