This book does a fabulous job of weaving an emotional story into a very impactful leadership learning journey. Though it’s probably a fictional story, it cemented some of the ideas through this brilliant narration. The leadership concepts are fairly fundamental but the way it’s portraited via the eyes of a new employee joining the workforce. The book coaches you on various challenges that you may face during your career. Loved the book.
