Het is echt een wetenschappelijk boek! Een klassieker voorgelezen door de professor zelf. Dat vond ik heel leuk: hij vertelt het heel enthousiast en betrokken en dat maakt het fijn en meeslepend om naar te luisteren. Het boek is super dik en de Nederlandse vertaling haalt het niet bij de professor die het zelf vertelt. Dat is echt het leukste vind ik! Waardevol boek voor Marketing proffesionals :-)
