I had to get used to the narrator because she sometimes took a break during a sentence but as the story progressed I think she got better at it and it didn't bother me anymore. nice story, I kept listening 😊

KjedeligPredictable. Unoriginal. Recycled and underdeveloped tropes and plot and literally infuriating, TDTL main cast. Not even the "romance" can save it as there is so SO much back and forth/hot and cold in Brie's inner monologue that not even "her love/lust" is believable.

UforutsigbarForvirrendeHet boek zelf is top, maar ik had wat moeite met de verteller. Ze haalt bijvoorbeeld adem middenin de zin waardoor ik me slecht kon concentreren op het verhaal.

OppslukendeUforutsigbarThis book was amazing, loved the characters and even tho in the beginning it kind of was a retelling of Cinderella, I still loved the way she managed to take the story away from that and made it some what unpredictable. I did not see some off the twist coming. I am so excited to read the next book, I so desperately need to know how this is all going to end. If you love fantasy and fae magical retelling of Cinderella I would totally recommend this book and even if you don't, I would still recommend it.
