This little guide is written for those interested in approaching the topic of "Energetic Healing" for the first time. Join me on a journey into the world of the holistic, energetic way of seeing and healing, the ideas of the energetic healers about the structure of our universe and the human being as an energetic being. In this small book I would like to give you a first insight into the world of energetic healing. We dive into the world of energy and information, into the human image of energetic healers, look at scientific attempts to explain the how and what of our world and the thinking of healers.
