It started off great but I found it lacking in giving practical advice on how to heal from trauma. And I felt like it was judgemental towards parents raising kids without a community around them. Actually having lots of people around you seemed like the only recommendation on healing. Oh and a cap on screen time. That’s quite disheartening for loners like me whose livelihoods depend on hours behind computer screens. Lots of food for thought but the book left me feeling wanting more
