#3 I had dreamed of owning a house, but after living in it for two years, I began to see it in a completely different light. I began referring to it as our starter home. What had once been more than enough eventually became not enough.

#4 I spent a lot of money on Christmas decorations and gifts for my children. But as my children got older, they seemed to become more interested in tearing open presents than in saying thank you.
