Nej, det här var rena skräpet. Boken får mig att undra om författaren någonsin träffat en empat. Empaten framställs stereotypt och motsägelsefullt på samma gång: en bubblig, glad, utåtriktad, magnetisk, introvert pratkvarn med svår social ångest. En fantastisk lyssnare som måste lära sig lyssna på andra. Förvirrande och, förstås, felaktigt. Icke-empaten beskrivs som en person som inte kan känna glädje om hen inte festar och inte alls kan förstå empaten som känner sig tillfreds med att sitta och titta på film. Författaren, som på inget vis är medicinskt utbildad, beskriver vidare depression som ett tillstånd man väljer när man inte orkar med omvärlden.Välj en annan bok istället!
