#3 Think about what you want from your relationships, and write those down. At the end of your life, you’ll be remembered for how you treated the people who are important to you.
#4 The three types of attachment are secure, anxious, and avoidant. When stressed, babies with secure attachment show their distress in an observable way, but their response is not excessive. They seem relaxed about seeking help and more often have interactions with their caregivers that end in their being calmer and ready to move on.
