Sexual Enlightenment Meditation is designed to repair your mind's perception of sexuality and create a new vision.

The best way to appreciate yourself as an artist, a master and a creator is to know that you are naturally whole and resourceful. Your sexual energy is your vital resource. Access to the source is possible by understanding, accepting and loving your sexual being and the nature of its existence.

Holistic Attunement Meditation helps to achieve harmony and integrity between ourselves and the other people with whom we are communicating. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the bond between couples, to improve communication, to connect with one’s feelings, to experience true intimacy and to deepen integrity on the spiritual path.

This is a 40 minute meditation, which consists of five different eight minute sessions. During the meditation, you must remain silent and be in nonverbal communication. Prefer clothing that is comfortable or be naked. Keep your back comfortable as you will be in a sitting position during meditation. Taking a warm shower or bath, taking care of your skin and teeth, avoiding heavy chemical odors will help you go deeper during meditation.

Suggestions for True Sexuality includes suggestions to achieve higher satisfaction in sexuality. As you listen to the recommendations, please take notes. And be determined and willing to experience each proposal.
