Considering that the author had (allegedly - because everybody lies, I agree, and I haven't researched him) studied philosophy, and at least knows about Thomas Piketty's work, he sounds (to me) like a quite unreflected, biased, neo-Liberal capitalist, which in today's world is the reason for further escalating the issues that clearly lead to the extinction of the human race. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, and assume, that he was - at the time of writing this book - too young to see that. It would be easy to psycholinguistically prove this point, by simply extracting a list of the names he drops in the book.Another sign of unreflectednes: Repeatedly bullying his own brother in public (writing it down in a book is exactly that: public) is a sign of emotional immaturity. There's no excuse for that. And no, the comments weren't funny enough to justify the act of straight up bullying.Well, at least he tries his best not to be a racist 🤷🏻‍♀️
