Self - The Body And Atma: A Poetic Work

The heart's steady pulse, a rhythm so free,

Pumps life's vital force, in perfect harmony.

The brain's wise counsel, guides us in the night,

Illuminating our path, with its gentle light.

The lungs breathe in deeply, with a soothing sigh,

Exchanging the elements, in a delicate reply.

The liver's filters, purify the blood's dark stream,

The kidneys stand watch, as guardians of our dream.

The skeleton's strong framework, supports each move,

The muscles' gentle strength, enables spirit to improve.

Yet when illness descends, like a whispered fear,

It steals our peaceful rest, and brings us to tears.

Diagnosis, treatment, reveal the path we must take,

Guiding our healing journey, for our body's sake.

The union of body and Atma, a sacred bond so true,

Connects our essence to the universe, in all we do.
