InspiringMotivatingFantastic book on moving from a functional expert to running a business.Clearly articulates the transition needed from being a contributor to being an entrepreneur. The first part of the book is wonderful but as it moves to explaining softwares needed / process needed to run a business I feel it looses the plot. Nevertheless it’s still a great read. Another old book which beats a lot of new ones !

InspiringInformativeMotivatingMind-blowingDefinitely effective myth buster for entrepreneurs and business owners. It was one of the best reads of my recent years. It made me realise where to focus; what to change; what to reorganise; what to unlearn and relearn. This book is strongly recommended for those business owners and entrepreneurs who are about to finish their first 5-6 years of business in corporation and wondering if they are on right path or not.
