"You Never Can Tell" by George Bernard Shaw is a delightful and witty comedy that revolves around the unexpected reunion of a long-separated family and the comical misunderstandings that ensue. Set in a seaside resort in England, the play follows the Clandon family, consisting of Mrs. Clandon and her three children: Gloria, Dolly, and Philip. The story begins with the family returning to England after living abroad for 18 years. Mrs. Clandon, a strong and independent woman, has raised her children on her own, keeping the identity of their father a secret. As the family settles in at the resort, their lives become intertwined with a diverse and eccentric group of characters.
