The crew is back at it again. Malika is in a medically induced coma. Dominic has baby mama drama. Keno has commitment issues, and Kia is fed up with it. All the couples are trying to make things work, but one couple has trust issues, and one of them is ready to throw in the towel. Malika and Dominic got engaged, and he is now ready to get married.
