Summary of Yukari Mitsuhashi's Ikigai

#1 The word ikigai comes from iki and gai, which mean life and value. It is derived from the Japanese proverb jūnin toiro, which means ten people, ten colors. Each person’s ikigai is unique because we all find joy in different aspects of life.
