TRAILS OF THE LAST SAGE

‘Trails of the Last Sage’ is an intense mystery/thriller novella with a brilliant mix of history, fantasy and sci-fi that tells the compelling story of Silas Jabulani. Silas Jabulani is the most decorated police officer in the Pretoria Police Province and has a promising career ahead of him until he loses his partner in a sting operation, and nothing seemed to make sense again. In a bid to pull out of his grief, he takes a break from everything and travels to Cairo, Egypt to visit his uncle and foster father, a great scholar and Professor of Egyptology. When Silas’ uncle is found murdered in cold blood in his office, Silas follows the trail of the murder and in the process finds himself in the middle of a raging war between a powerful covert organization known only as the Red Centurion and a psychopathic cult obsessed with bringing back an ancient civilization that spans over 3000 years of human history to become the sole world power in the present day. Both entities are directly linked to his uncle’s murder, the question is why?
