Deb Dana is a groundbreaking trauma therapist who has translated the polyvagal theory into practice. The scientific insights of Stephen Porges are translated into accessible language and supported by many practical exercises. In this way the readers can learn to befriend and regulate their own autonomic nervous system and increase well-being. Highly recommended!
