Etter å ha googlet han her ser det ikke ut for at han er doktor i noe… ikke utdannet altså - og det han bygger sine teorier på er ikke vitenskaplige.

Flott bok. Mye om meditasjon. Kunne vært noen timer kortere, men kjøpte likevel boka så jeg kan teste ut meditasjonen. ☺️

Great start,but I found it a little confusing in the middle of the book with all the steps.I guess it’s better to read this in book form.
