Vurderer å begynne på denne, men frykter det er en selvhjelpsbok med velmenende, (over)forenklende, men i det lange løp, også fullstendig ubrukelige og villedende råd.En bok av en svært vellykket, velhavende, velfungerende og attraktiv (etter dagens idealer) forfatter, som ikke nok med det også er en vaskeekte KLINISK PSYKOLOG (bare profesjonstittelen innbyr til tillit, og fungerer som autoritetsappell).Men! Jeg vurder å likevel gi den en sjanse. Kanskje "skinnet" og bokbeskrivelsen bedrar. For jeg kunne virkelig trengt litt hjelp, desperat som jeg er – som så mange andre stakkarer der ute også er, i dette smått absurde (verdens)samfunnet vi lever i...Så derfor spør jeg dere som leser eller har lest den:Føler dere at dere har fått noe ut av boka? I så fall, hvordan da?
