The beginning of the book was a bit commercial, like I was listening to a tell sell program. But later on it got better and it turns out to be a very educational book about getting your hormones in balance. I read a lot about managing a healthy food program for myself and this information is really helpful to perfectiinize my diet plan. So sad the recipes in the end of the book were not there.....
