Borde vara obligatorisk läsning för alla! Mycket kunskap i boken som alla borde ta del av. Att förstå hur kroppen funkar och hur våra livsmedel och livsstilar påverkar oss har aldrig varit så ögonöppnande.

If you don’t read this then I pity you. This is a non profit book. All the speeches and conferences he does he does for free. He just wants to reach out to as wider audience as possible and help them to live healthier happier lives.

Otroligt intressant bok! Alla borde läsa/lyssna på den. Här finns så mycket fakta som även är baserad på en vetenskaplig grund. Med tanke på de ökande kostnaderna för sjukvård pga välfärdssjukdomar såsom fetma, diabetes, hjärt och kärlsjukdomar så bör vi försöka ändra vår inställning till nutrition. Läs denna boken och kom ingång 😃Anders.D
