It's an unquestioned truth of modern life: we are starved for time. With the rise of two-income families, extreme jobs, and 24/7 connectivity, life is so frenzied we can barely find time to breathe. It is interesting and I must say that I have already been time tracking for a few weeks late last year. If you, like me, are disabled in any way (or any other reason you cannot cram in things every minute). Remember that that is okay. So far I've calculated my non negotiable things (don't forget to include your travel time... Travel eats up time like nothing else) But I do struggle with the next step. I need so much time to reset after each task I do (yes I batch tasks on top of each other after ability) and it is still so fluctuating. I do wonder if I'll ever figure out how to be okay with a schedule I can't count on. Anyway. The idea is interesting. I'm going to do some googleing to see if I can find some fellow spoonies (spoon theory) that have tried this.
