Intressanta perspektiv! Vi bryr oss verkligen för mycket om saker som är meningslösa. Man förstår att genomsnittlige Svensson känner sig kränkt efter denna boken.

What is different about Mark Manson? Simple, he is being himself in every possible way, trying to be honest in telling his failures and feeling through his own life. The book is mainly a loose collection of different articles weaved together into a book.What was so irritating for me while I was reading it, is the excessive unnecessary use of slang vocabulary. It's like he is trying to show his honestly through doing this as if this is a prove, however I enjoyed the ideas in this book and it's a good read.---------------------------------#mg_books_reviews

I do give a fuck about this book!This book on the other hand has helped me before I even finished it and I think everyone should give it a read!

I don’t know if this book is going to “change my life” or give me “motivation to be better”. I know that’s not the point and the author does not try to force his opinion, he just expresses it “not giving a fuck” and simultaneously “giving a fuck” about you, the reader. I know it did have an impact on me, the read flowed easily, and I will probably read it again.I would recommend this book to anybody. It’s something else!Moreover, the voice reading it was sublime and felt like an old friend talking to me. Thanks to the author and the voice actor!

I wanted to start this year by reading many self development books. This is te best one to start with in my opinion. I believe this is a good base to start with and to some back to in order to stay grounded
