This is not a self help book, it just tells you to do things. Get up early, do the 20% of the work first, put reachable goals... Okay, but how?! If you have depression, or anxiety or childhood traumas and that's the reason you think you're procrastinating, then don't read it, it won't motivate you, it's just a waste of time.
