Rating: 4.5/5🌟It makes you laugh. It makes you cry. It takes you on a beautiful ride.It is a story about hope (for me) with a 30 years old Holly at it's centre whose childhood sweetheart Gerry passes away a couple of months before her 30th birthday. He leaves a bundle of notes for her. She has to open one note every month in a prearranged order. Through these notes he helps her in entering the new phase in her life in which he isn't physically present. In all this she has an eccentric family and amazing friends who help her and support her.It has a simple and beautiful writing style with an equally beautiful and unique plot. At times, it felt unrealistic and it times it was too relatable. It does make you realise that everyone handles grief in different ways. And every journey is unique.
