This book has popped up several times in my recommendations and mostly based on the title, I simply refused to read thinking that I knew what it was going to say. But one night when I was feeling inwardly sick in mind and exhausted emotionally, this book really energized me. Ok, I'm not recommending that you read it, but it'll help you in a day when you are mind f**ked to the core.
