#3 Grounding is a mindfulness exercise that helps you get in touch with the earth and pull yourself back into the present moment. It is a way to connect with the energy of the earth, and it can be done in a physical manner such as putting your bare feet in the grass.

#4 Manifestation and the act of setting an intention are extremely important in witchcraft. They are the essence of bending what is into what you desire it to be. If you focus your energy on your intentions, you’ll be able to turn beliefs into tangible things.
