Sain vinkkejä joilla hallita teini-iästä lähtien haitannutta - ylihengittämiseen liittyvää kuten nyt tiedän - rytmihäiriötä. On ollut mielenkiintoista lähteä testaamaan oppeja käytännössä. Kyllä tässä jotain järkeä ja vaikutusta tuntuu olevan.
