Intressant med de tre olika perspektiven i boken vilket ger en väldigt bra bredd.Är du intresserad av hälsa och/eller kämpar med övervikt är det här en viktig bok att läsa.

Jag började med intermittent fasting för 2 och ett halvt år sedan. Det blev det bästa jag gjort på många år. Har mest lärt mig via Youtube så jag tänkte att det var läge att läsa den här boken. För den som är intresserad är den perfekt! Själv tycker jag att det är märkligt att det nämns så lite om detta ämne. Det gör underverk för den som vågar! Det är inte ens svårt.
