    Amazing read, must have it! I've been following Dr.Smith on Insta and her videos helped me a lot. But this book is even beyond that. She's a great psychologist. Most helpful, five stars!

    Exceptionally well put together! As a therapist in training I cannot recommend this book enough. It contains core ideas and tools across different therapeutic modalities that are described accessiblly and you can apply right away!
