We knew that it was likely to happen, but it still throws me through a loop, my magic is only just starting to develop, and it's not strong enough to help me in any real way. Not that I could use it anyway because it's important that I appear human to the supe who is working with HID to capture and do god knows what to supernaturals.

The Choosing is broadcast to most supes and there is a big chance that whoever it is will see it.
